"We loved the interactivity of the sessions - particularly the games! We were all encouraged to share what we had learnt with each other which helped embed the learning. It was insightful to have our tutor share her lived experience with us."
"It was amazing to watch this session in sign language with an interpreter. The videos and activities really opened my eyes and made me understand what life is like as a deaf person."
"This course has given me so much more confidence and knowledge about how to communicate with the deaf community."
"I only ever thought about deaf people as people who couldn't hear and thought about the barriers they face, now I realise that they can do everything except hear."
